Pass	2	Pass	2NT?

Can North use Stayman and Transfers?

Answer:

Natural, spades stopped, 18-19HCP. A direct 1NT overcall would show 15+-18, This shows a little bit more.

North can not use Stayman or Transfers (and usually won't want to since North responded to the takeout double in clubs rather than hearts).
