As South, you deal at unfavorable vulnerability, holding:

A87
KJ74
AQJ9.

LHO overcalls 2 (natural) and partner raises to 3NT. Hopefully partner has spades stopped. Some players use a convention called lebensohl, whereby the response announces whether or not spades are stopped. If you like, you can assume you are playing a version where 3NT promises a stopper(s) (some play that 3NT denies a stopper, in which case you would bid 4). Anyway, this lesson is on play, not bidding. The Q is led and you see the layout below. The Queen is either from QJ10 or from KQ109 asking for count or unblock of the jack.
Let's say you win the A (holding up won't help, and it will make the position clearer for the defense).
What do you play at trick 2?
