Pass. You have 10 points, partner has 12-14. That means you can't make a game in notrump and you have no other fit. 

3. Really, 3 1/2 hearts so don't feel too bad if you bid 4 (I would playing imps). Your QJ is now really worth something and your hearts are great in support. 

Heart Slam. You have 10 points and four-card trump support opposite a partner who is worth 22+. You should be planning on getting to slam. You do that by bidding 3 first to set trump. You can't bid 4 at this turn, which would be a weak hand with heart support. 

4. You are a passed hand and partner is still making a takeout double of 3. You have nothing wasted in clubs, so you are worth extra here. Jumping to 4 is the way to show that. Again your QJ are worth their full freight. 

Heart Game. Here, you have a balanced 10 opposite a balanced 20-21. Yes, you have a fit, but that's not worth enough to push you to slam here. My next bid would be 4. If you bid 3NT, you are denying hearts, not offering a choice of games. 

Pass. You might have stretched to make a negative double over 2, but your hand is only worth about 7 points (it's hard to picture your spades being worthwhile now). You only want to be in game if partner has enough to act again. 

Slam. You might wind up in hearts (after using Stayman)  or you might end up in notrump (or even diamonds if you use 5NT pick-a-slam), but with 10 points opposite 22-24 you belong in a slam. You shouldn't worry about aces. Don't use Gerber here. Gerber is a baby food. 

3. Your QJ went from being iffy to being invaluable to help out partner's spade suit. You should invite with this hand. This is one of those auctions I'd point to when people ask whether you invite with 10, 11 or 12. You wouldn't invite on some auctions, but this is one where you should.
