Pass. I would have doubled a raise to 2, but this level and this vulnerability has made a coward out of me. If you ventured in, we'll see later how you would have fared. Double would show a good hand ("cards/takeout").
Declarer follows as shown. What will you play to trick 2?

7.
This is similar to the previous deal. There is no reason to start "grabbing." Nothing is going anywhere. There is no need to take your A. What if declarer started with Kxx or Jxx among other holdings? A diamond is also unsafe (just as in the previous deal, picture declarer with AQx or KQx in diamonds, among other holdings). Don't play more hearts--you might set up declarer's Q. Go passive. The trump is completely safe (partner has at most a singleton).
This is the full deal:
Declarer should go down. Eventually he has to play diamonds himself and will lose 2 tricks there (and a heart and a club).
If you play a diamond at trick 2, that means only one loser for him there. If you play another heart, his Q is good for a diamond discard from dummy and again only one lost diamond trick. If you play clubs you survive this time, but why take the risk?
As to those who doubled 4, if your partner passes and defends correctly, you get +100. If partner pulls, you go minus.
