Good bidding is a combination of knowing what’s going on and then having the judgment to make it happen. Many players have bad habits. They either bid too much, or they bid too little. I will look at aspects of bridge to help with this and will also look at some bidding ideas that you may like.
Drury. Getting the most out of one of my favorite conventions! No matter how good a convention is, you have to know how it works. Do you use it in third seat only or in both third and fourth seats? Can you use Drury when they compete? Come to the lecture for the answers.

Very good class. Thank you. Glad I signed up for it.
Enjoyable class. Looking forward to more!
This was a lot to think about, but your examples were very clear.
Mike you did a very comprehensive job teaching online. Thank you!
Excellent presentation and visual materials.
This was an excellent session.
I loved this time with you and look forward to next time. Thank you!!!
Please thank Mike for a terrific, informative, logically presented lesson on DRURY with extensive hand evaluations thrown in as a nice surprise!
Great lesson, thanks.
I did Mike Lawrence's webinar on Drury and thought he was extremely organized and informative. He passed on some nuggets on hand evaluation which were really helpful.
I listened with interest to Mike Lawrence today. I have always read his columns but have never heard him speak or teach before. My partner has wanted to use Drury and I agreed but never remember when to use it. It has never really caused me a problem that I know of but perhaps she has had difficulty landing at the right level.
Mike’s class and the notes are excellent. For the the first time, it makes sense to have it in my toolkit. I am looking forward to his class on splinters next week as I think I underuse them and have never really studied the convention other than to know what it is.
The webinars presented by all of you, (especially Larry and Michael as I have listened to both of you more than the others), are well worth the price of admission. How nice to be listening to a lecturer that you immediately recognize as someone who knows what he is talking about and can readily explain what you should do and why!
Mike Lawrence’s Drury Webinar and hand out was terrific. I am looking forward to the rest of the series!
I watched your Drury video twice already. I usually am not able to watch “live” because afternoons are play bridge time with my partners. But today I viewed your Drury lesson and it gave me all the answers to discussions my different partners and I have ongoing with this 3rd seat dilemma. I will be registering for your Splinter lesson next week.
