You want partner on lead so he can lead a club for you to get 2 club tricks. Otherwise, after trumps are drawn, declarer will throw clubs on dummy's spades.

Only a low diamond at trick 2 sets the contract. How will partner know to play clubs when he wins his Q? You have obviously underled your king to get to his queen, why? A lightbulb goes off in partner's head--you need a shift! Partner can see the great spades in dummy and hearts are trump - that leaves clubs. He should give you what you want.
