Pass. A Lead-Directing Double here would require a very strong 5+ card suit. This is not like doubling a Blackwood response of 5 for the lead when you might do so with only a high honor.
2. You can tell from the lead of the lowest card outstanding (2) that partner can't have more than 4 clubs. That means declarer has 5 clubs. Returning a club will help declarer develop his 5-card suit. Furthermore, partner might not be able to read the position (that this is your only remaining club) and he could work on clubs and really cost the defense.
Best is to try some other suit. Hearts is not only safest, but also offers the best opportunity for tricks. This is the remaining position:
