Weak 2-bid (5-11, 6+ hearts).  An easy one to start.

Requires Partnership Agreement.

Most players today treat this as "weak" (at most about 7 HCP).

However, some play it as strong.

Don't make this bid without partnership discussion/agreement.

Transfer to spades.

After our 1NT overcall, we play "System On" (as if we opened 1NT).

4+ 8-11 (approximate).

This is standard anywhere, any time -- if you didn't know this, read up on "responses to takeout doubles."

Requires Partnership Agreement. However, more than 90% of duplicate players would play this as weak (like a weak two-bid opening).

11-17.  A normal overcall. On the two-level, usually at least opening-bid values are needed. Can't be more than 17 or you would start with a double.

Not forcing. Can't be forcing (10+) because South would have bid 2 the first time. So, this is something like:

5+ Forcing one round (10 + points, but not game forcing).

Not forcing. With a strong hand, South would double (penalty) first.

None of the above. 2 doesn't promise hearts. North showed majors. South chose. South would have to "choose" hearts with something like:

5+ hearts, 18+ but not forcing.

This is standard.

After an opposing overcall, bidding their suit shows a limit raise (or better) for the suit partner opened. This is standard.
