You are looking at 2 diamond and 2 club losers. With no dummy entry for a heart finesse, you can count on a heart loser, too.

If you can reach dummy for the good spades, you can throw away 2 clubs on the KQ. That way you would lose only 1 club trick.

The way to reach dummy is to keep both low hearts to lead towards the 98--forcing an entry.

So, trump the 3rd trick high, unblock the A, then lead a low heart. You will reach dummy to throw 2 clubs on the spades, making 140.
