Win the A and play a club. Outside of clubs, you have 9 top tricks. You will need 3 club tricks for your contract.
If clubs are 3-3, it will be easy. If not, you are still okay if LHO (West) holds the A.
However, you need to be careful. You may need to lead towards dummy's KQJ2 a total of 3 times (see full deal below).
If you use up your diamond/spade entries early, you won't be able to get back and forth.
Win trick one and lead a club to dummy. Come to hand in diamonds to do it again. Cross again to your hand to do it a third time. Only then can you take all of your diamonds and spades (carefully making sure to unblock the diamond suit).
