This is very new. Major changes!!! 

Please read and understand.

Mike spends way too many hours scheduling.
Having to chase players down is ridiculous.

Starting next week, here is how the scheduling will work.

1) Everyone needs to put in their "next week availability".  Everyone.  Next Week Golf - Google Sheets   
There will be no more reminder emails, calls, etc.   

This is not rocket science. If you can't type into the spreadsheet, try using a laptop/desktop. If stuck, email/call Larry and we will Zoom with you and get you able to do it.

2) Starting on Wednesday -- and until Friday 5 PM, go to the spreadsheet and enter your data.  This takes 2, maybe 3 minutes at most.

3) If you don't know (not sure, waiting on info, etc.), fine. Put in "Y" "N" or "MAYBE."  Just post something so you are on the radar.

4) If you do not "post", you will not be on the schedule. We will not track you down. No reminders. No nothing. 
You will see that you are not scheduled to play on tour the following week.  Hopefully it will happen only once. The next week, try harder.
